Konferenca
With the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs / Republic
of Kosovo, the U.S. Embassy Pristina, and assisted by the European
Center for Security Studies George C. Marshall, the plan for organizing
the First Regional Conference for the Chiefs of Police from regional
countries, in Kosovo, was compiled with the purpose of promoting
regional police cooperation in the combat against trans-Atlantic
threats (terrorism, organized crime/trans-border crimes), and
exchanging best training practices (education and development centers),
as well as development of joint capacities in the fight against these
occurrences.
